This is Hudson. He doesn’t understand what the term ’sled dog’ means.
Of all the places he has to sleep, Hudson has lately taken to curling up in the basket of my sled. He’s made himself quite a little nest there, too, ripping an old sleeping bag up in the process.

With the generosity of a friend, we finally made it to a race. Thanks, Doug! The truck is still in the shop, being treated for burns sustained in the fire but we still had the dog box, which I mounted to our trailer. So, using Doug’s truck, we towed the trailer and eleven dogs to Kearney [...]
