I will still take the sound of the sled on SNOW (can you believe that!) over those apes. It is certainly no more repetitive sounding.
And as for trashing Rodgers and Hammerstein, to paraphrase Jack Benny, “Well!”.
travelin’ nan – You ought to know by now that I don’t sing. Besides, if I did, the dogs might stage a mutiny.
Dad – I’m not trashing R&H, just pointing out that music evolves. We can’t sing “Greensleeves” forever. I’ll try to find something more suitable next time.
